Greg Danielson is passionate about helping people create lives they may not have thought possible, especially when it comes to achieving the homes of their dreams. Greg grew up in Iowa and acquired a degree in business marketing from Iowa State University, where he met his wife, Katie. They moved to her hometown, Irvine, in 2007, and Greg started his career in consulting and took the opportunity to earn his MBA at USC.
Greg acquired his license in 2015 to sell his home, which he did successfully. After teaming up with Todd Bousman to buy his next house in Costa Mesa, however, he was blown away. Todd’s commitment to understanding Greg and Katie’s vision, his extreme patience, and his unmatched local market expertise made for an incredible experience. Receiving such high-caliber service also inspired Greg to add his talents to the bouHAUS team.
Being an agent aligns Greg with his primary mission of helping folks reach their full potential. He’s always loved the thrill of constructive debates and positive negotiations, which has made it easy for him to expand his network, maintain healthy business relationships, and get his clients the best deals available. Greg brings a business-oriented mindset to his client relationships, which he tempers with a good dose of Midwestern values. He’s found that hard work and consistency always pay off, as long as they are accompanied by honesty, transparency, and respect. Greg works primarily with first-time and move-up buyers, but as an active real estate investor, he is able to advise those looking to invest in multifamily opportunities in and out of state.
In his off-time, you’ll catch Greg on the beach, practicing mindfulness meditation, digging into plant-based foods, watching sports, and enjoying Pixar films with Katie and their three kids. Greg is also a volunteer and supporter of Human Options, a nonprofit organization in Orange County dedicated to stopping the cycle of domestic violence.
