About David Pina

Born and raised in Orange County, California, David Pina has lived in Costa Mesa since 1997 and currently serves the real estate market in Orange County. A strong client advocate, David attends to his client’s unique needs while fostering meaningful client relationships. Intent on delivering exceptional client care, he strives to create a professional working environment predicated on respect, trust, and compassion.

 

After studying business administration, David pursued a career in design and merchandising before transitioning into sales in 1997. Inspired by his family members’ real estate careers, he is eager to find success in his new career. By drawing upon his extensive professional background in sales, in addition to his own real estate purchases, David is able to facilitate smooth and seamless real estate transactions.

 

Passionate about design, with a particular love of midcentury decor, David has a keen eye and aesthetic sensibilities that allow him to see the potential of a property and advise his clients accordingly. He enjoys landscaping and can often be found landscaping his own property. Outside of work, David enjoys playing tennis, surfing, and donating to the local animal shelter. He is proudly married to his wife, Katherine. Together, they have a young son, Dylan, and two pets, Blue and Winnie.
